Duties :
- Handle full litigation lifecycle from case intake through trial or settlement
- Develop case strategies, manage discovery, and engage in motion practice
- Conduct client meetings to assess legal needs and provide strategic guidance
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Coordinate trial preparation activities, including assembling exhibits and witness materials
- Analyze legal issues and case evidence to formulate practical recommendations
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding case progress and next steps
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with emphasis on personal injury and / or employment disputesStrong trial acumen with a record of courtroom advocacyExcellent legal drafting, research, and oral argument skillsDemonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload independently and efficientlyCommitment to client service and professional integrityEducation :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a U.S.-accredited law school
Certifications :
Active license to practice law in the state of Texas
