Overview
Large nationwide company is currently hiring an IT Support Specialist for their I.T. Department. The position is full time and a permanent role with the company. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 a.m. until 5 : 00 p.m. The company provides a generous benefits package after a 90 day probationary period.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support over the phone for software and hardware issues or upgrades.
- Monitor the Company computer system(s) and networks; install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical issues.
- Install on-site employee hardware; diagnose and solve hardware or software faults; order and replace parts as required.
- Set up new user accounts for employees nationwide.
- Travel with management to set up new offices (about twice a year).
- Work closely with other department staff members and employees in the company; maintain a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere.
Qualifications
