Key Responsibilities :
Implement the UKG Ready HCM solution, focusing on Timekeeping and related modules
Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations
Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage
Required Qualifications :
Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, focusing on Timekeeping implementations
Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment
Solid understanding of U.S. timekeeping compliance and best practices
Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs for system configuration
Experience in training delivery and user support
