Introduction Our client is a veterinary clinic seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their established and family-oriented team. This is a small animal hospital providing comprehensive care for dogs and cats, offering both routine wellness services and advanced medical treatment. Working Hours / Rota The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm and is closed on weekends. The role offers a full-time schedule within these hours, providing a good work-life balance. Role Description and Responsibilities The Associate Veterinarian will manage a varied caseload that includes wellness and preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, and advanced surgical procedures. Responsibilities also include client communication and education, with a strong emphasis on fostering the human-animal bond. This role is suitable for an experienced veterinarian or a new graduate, as the clinic promotes continuous learning and collaboration. Practice Details The hospital is fully equipped with diagnostic imaging, radiology, ultrasound, laser therapy, anesthesia monitoring, and a full in-house laboratory. Services offered include wellness and preventive medicine, microchipping, surgery, dentistry, geriatric care, nutritional counseling, and pharmacy support. Additional facilities include boarding and grooming. The clinic places strong emphasis on client education, continuous professional growth, and providing care in a calm, pet-friendly, and family-friendly environment. Team The team includes two veterinarians supported by registered veterinary technicians, veterinary assistants, and client service staff.
