Role Summary :

Forge is seeking a forward-looking, execution-driven leader to accelerate its AI transformation across product, platform, and internal operations. As VP, Enterprise AI Strategy & Engineering, you will be responsible for embedding artificial intelligence across Forge's ecosystem to drive measurable gains in productivity, decision-making, automation, and innovation. This leader will play a pivotal role in shifting Forge's mindset from "I want to use AI" to "AI is foundational to how we operate." The role requires equal parts technical acumen, strategic vision, and change leadership.

Responsibilities :

Strategic AI Leadership :

• Translate Forge's AI vision into an actionable, scalable strategy across products, engineering, operations, and internal tooling.
• Define and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that drive value across customer experience, operational efficiency, and platform intelligence.
• Align AI initiatives with enterprise OKRs, collaborating with business, product, and engineering leadership.

For residents of San Francisco / Bay Area, CA or New York, NY the annual salary range for this role is $300,000 - $350,000 + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors.
