Job Description :

The Automotive Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions related to vehicle sales, including financing options, loan agreements, and leasing programs. You will work closely with customers, the sales team, and lenders to ensure that customers receive competitive financing solutions that meet their needs. This position requires a strong knowledge of automotive financing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and present financing options to customers, ensuring they receive the best terms available.
• Negotiate and finalize financing and lease agreements with lending institutions.
• Review credit applications, perform credit analysis, and determine the best financing options for customers.
• Ensure all paperwork and contracts are processed accurately and in compliance with dealership and legal guidelines.
• Provide customers with clear and transparent explanations of finance and lease terms.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle delivery process.
• Maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions to secure financing options for customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive financing programs, rates, and industry trends.
• Track and report on all finance and lease transactions to ensure departmental goals are met.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up on financing-related inquiries after the sale.
• Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements, including dealer licensing and financial disclosure regulations.
