About the Role
In this client leadership role, you will own the day-to-day client relationships for one of our largest manufacturer direct-to-patient programs, ensuring operational excellence while driving initiatives that enhance the pharmacy delivery model.
In this high-impact role, you will coordinate across internal teams, clients, and multiple partner organizations to deliver an integrated, compliant, and high-performing program. Serving as the central point of accountability for program delivery, governance, and client satisfaction, you will lead initiatives that optimize performance, and elevate both the patient and client experience.
Title will be determined based on candidate experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring program excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams—including Operations, Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Data—and external partners to ensure seamless, compliant program delivery aligned with regulatory standards, internal policies, and client expectations.
- Identify and influence initiatives that strengthen program performance, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the patient and client experience.
- Monitor program metrics and KPIs, analyze trends, and implement solutions to optimize outcomes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on direct-to-patient pharmacy programs, sharing best practices and guidance across the organization.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance patient access, adherence, and overall program impact.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, or a related field; Pharmacy Technician or CPhT license a plus.5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or program management within pharmacy, healthcare, or specialty hub services.Proven success managing pharmaceutical manufacturer partnerships or supporting patient support programs including fulfillment, affordability, or adherence initiatives.Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, distribution models, and the pharmaceutical commercialization process.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day program execution.Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, product, clinical, and technology functions to execute complex initiatives.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying information and updates to diverse audiences, including clients, internal teams and external partners.Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.Knowledge of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory requirements governing patient services and data handling (e.g., HIPAA, PDMA).Desired Attributes
