Mold Setter

Your Role on Our Team

To set and / or hang molds in the injection molding machines in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities

• Hang tool and / or mold in level position and set parameters in a timely manner during mold set-ups.
• Insert mold set-ups.
• Set up driers and thermolators.
• Keep mold storage, secondary equipment storage and mold crib clean and organized.
• Read and understand BOM's (Bill of Materials) and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure correct inserts for molds are input for scheduled production run.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Insert mold set-ups.
• Set up driers and thermolators.
• Keep mold storage, secondary equipment storage and mold crib clean and organized.
