What You'll Be Doing

Manage revenue accounts across multiple contracts using Financial Edge NXT.

Record and reconcile deposits (EFT, checks, cash) and maintain accurate AR documentation.

Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables, including government and private funders.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support audits.

Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end and year-end closings.

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve AR processes.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; Financial Edge NXT experience is a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.
