What you’ll do
- Respond to inbound inquiries and qualify leads with speed and precision
- Advise customers on product selection, pricing options, and compatibility considerations
- Collaborate with engineering and production to validate feasibility and lead times
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotations
- Maintain detailed CRM records and produce clear sales reports
- Progress opportunities through the pipeline and support booked orders
