Job Purpose :
We are seeking a Senior Fulfillment Lead to join our vibrant team and help us spread the joy of gardening! If you have relevant experience and are passionate about sustainable living and making a difference, we would love to have you on our team!
Essential Responsibilities :
- Assist Fulfillment Supervisor with administrative functions and operations of the order processing and fulfillment team.
- Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations departments to quickly and professionally address customer complaints and queries related to fulfillment and delivery.
- Research and resolve errors; initiate efforts to prevent recurrence by addressing the root cause.
- Organize workload throughout the department to maximize efficiency and meet on-time delivery goals.
- Check inbound deliveries for accuracy; report any discrepancies, missing parts, or defects to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure that the inventory is stored and organized properly.
- Assist in organizing the assembly workflow.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement of inventory management processes.
- Train new hires and existing employees on processes and procedures, as needed.
- Provide department, productivity, and efficiency reporting.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with department standards.
- Comply with Company policies and procedures.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or inventory is REQUIRED.At least 1 year in a lead, supervisory, or coordinator role is REQUIRED.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.Excellent management and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team to accomplish objectives.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to solve conflicts among coworkers.Ability to remain organized.Working knowledge of Excel is strongly preferred.Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the warehouse.Thorough understanding of warehouse procedures and regulations.Physical Demands :
This position requires the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time with occasional squat, stoop, and turn at waist in a warehouse environment. Must be able to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs. unassisted. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Job Location and Work Schedule :
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tomball, TX.13808 Boudreaux Road, Bldg. #2, Tomball, TX 77377.Monday through Friday.8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM. Lunch break 12 : 00 pm to 12 : 30 pm.Benefits
