We're on the hunt for a seasoned Director of Inventory Planning to act as a strategic leader driving the product lifecycle and inventory strategy across all business channels. This person will oversee the end-to-end merchandise planning processincluding seasonal line planning, assortment architecture, buying, and in-season managementensuring that sales, margin, and inventory goals are met. The Director partners cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, Development, Production, Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce, and Finance to create a cohesive and profitable product strategy that supports growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

• Own and lead the development of seasonal and long-range inventory and assortment strategies that align with company growth objectives across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale.
• Drive the creation and execution of seasonal line plans, buying guidance, and ensuring alignment between consumer demand, design vision, and financial targets.
• Lead post-season hindsight analysis and apply insights to refine future assortments, pricing, and inventory strategies.

Qualifications :

Compensation : Salary range $125-$155k, plus benefits.
