Senior Human Resources Manager

Overview

The Senior Human Resources Manager role is an on-site position based in Deland, Florida. The role provides Human Resources and Labor Relations support to the Pall Deland manufacturing site. It participates in and supports the development and implementation of employee relations policies, programs, and services, and is responsible for recruitment, legal compliance, employee engagement, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Delivers training programs for front line supervisors monthly, compliance with corporate training initiatives, including annual compliance training.
• Drives recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns / Co-Ops, and temporary employees.
• Participates in planning and implementation as it relates to employee relations. Provides training and coaching to all levels of management on employee relations issues.
• Advises associates and leaders on the latest changes to the Company's policies and practices.
• Implements and annual updates to employee relations programs and engagement surveys, in accordance with corporate guidelines; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; administers the local employee handbook, attendance policy and state addendums.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus / incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.
