Seeking an experience sous chef to help oversee day to day operations.
Responsibility will include :
- Supervise kitchen employees and delegate daily tasks
- Providing hands on training to new staff members to insure a high standards and food quality.
- Oversee daily food prep and execution of food dishes to maintain quality of food.
- Must be willing to work on the line.
Requirements :
Must be willing to work long hoursServsafe and food safety manager certified.Ability to work well with others.Looking to fill the position as soon as possible.
