Project Manager II - Realty Services PMO

As a Project Manager II - Realty Services PMO within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Preferred skills and experience include :
- Proficiency in Power BI, especially the development and maintenance of dashboards to visualize project / program performance and KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project (scheduling / forecasting software), especially as it applies to strategic and operational realty services (corporate real estate) projects.
- Understanding of the realty services industry and key processes, including, but not limited to real estate transactions, corporate workplace strategy and planning, project / program financials and budgeting, design iterations, permitting and bidding, construction, and operations.
- Ability to develop and implement tools and methodologies (project controls) that monitor and provide recommendations for adhering to project budgets, timelines, and scope.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, especially with project stakeholders and key partners.
- Aptitude for managing multiple projects and assignments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through Project Management Institute (PMI), preferred.
- This is not a PNC Technology project / program manager role. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.
