Job Description

Want a job with work / life balance? Join our established suburban firm with a small firm atmosphere. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team. This is a full-time in-office position.

Responsibilities :

  • Draft, revise, and proofread various correspondence and legal documents.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys.
  • Experience with Outlook, including scheduling of in-person and Zoom meetings and hearings.
  • E-filing experience preferred.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in a legal assistant / paralegal position required.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Dropbox, PowerPoint, and the ability to manipulate PDF documents.

    • Salary commensurate with experience.
