The Manager, Healthcare and Well-Being Strategy, is a visionary leader responsible for designing and optimizing innovative strategies that advance General Motors' health and well-being objectives. This role requires an expert in self-insured employer healthcare, well-being strategy & programming, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven ability to translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes that enhance employee health, productivity, and engagement. This role has direct reports, will coordinate cross-functionally, and serve as a leader and mentor to immediate team members. The Senior Manager, Healthcare and Well-Being Strategy, is instrumental in driving transformative change across the organization. Compensation :

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position, as well as geography of the selected candidate. The salary range for this role is $114,400 - $179,000. The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position. Bonus potential : An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
