Job Summary

Hosts and hostesses at Amante's are the first point of contact, providing a warm and welcoming experience for every guest. They manage reservations and seating through OpenTable software or similar seating software, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of service. Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing waitlists, accommodating special requests, and assisting with to-go orders. As ambassadors of hospitality, they set the tone for an exceptional dining experience with professionalism, organization, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Immediately greet guests at the door in a warm and friendly manner. Seats, and presents clean menus in a professional and quick manner.
