The Lead Performance and Career Growth is a critical execution partner responsible for delivering high-quality, enterprise-wide performance programs. This role ensures the smooth operation and adoption of performance and career growth by managing key enablement tools, coordinating cross-functional partnerships, and overseeing end-to-end process logistics. This role plays a pivotal role in translating strategy into action across Corporate, Stores, and DCs, while ensuring tools, systems, and communications meet the needs of all stakeholders.
This is a full time hybrid (remote on Monday and Friday, in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) role located in Coraopolis, PA.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Own the execution of enterprise performance and career growth (i.e., goal setting, quarterly check-ins, and year-end performance reviews), ensuring alignment of timelines, system readiness, and stakeholder preparation across all business areas; assist in designing and delivering performance management strategies and consulting with various stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation across the business.
- Design and deliver engaging process trainings, facilitate learning sessions, and hold open office hours to build enterprise-wide capability and confidence in executing performance management practices leveraging strong facilitation skills to lead interactive sessions that drive clarity, alignment, and adoption across all audiences.
- Develop and deploy enterprise toolkits, communications, and enablement resources that support the entire performance management lifecycle and Career Growth Model. Partner with HRBPs, HRIS, and Communications Teams to ensure all materials and systems are clear and customized for the unique needs of each audience (i.e., CSC, Stores, DCs).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working both collaboratively and independently to balance and successfully execute on project objectives and related tasks with internal and external resources as necessary; provide project management support to large-scale projects and programs.
- Support talent management projects and activities across the organization; consulting and collaborating with various stakeholders (i.e., HRIS, Communications Teams, L&D, Talent Analytics, HRBPs) to understand client groups that lead to successful implementation of initiatives and interventions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or similar3-5 years experience, including minimum of 3 years of talent management, HRBP, project management, or similar experienceMicrosoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)HRIS Platforms (e.g., Workday)Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, or similar)Deep understanding of performance management lifecycle, frameworks, and implementation best practicesComfort with ambiguity and adaptability to evolving business needs and stakeholder expectationsExceptional facilitation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in an approachable mannerExperience managing toolkits, communication assets, etc. for enterprise-wide useProven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and balance multiple prioritiesComfort operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
