THE ROLE

Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a / an Materials Quality Engineer Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

In this position the co-op will work to improve supplier performance related to quality, yield, on time delivery, and cost reduction projects. There will be opportunities to work on cross-functional teams across different product lines offered by Entegris. These activities will enable the co-op to develop problem solving skills and varied experience in the field.

What You'll Do

Duties : - these will be trained as needed

• Complete Quality Work Request forms that coordinate CMM and Optiv dimensional measurements, visual inspections, Rho Point gloss and haze measurement, Reflectivity, Ra (average surface roughness), and various testing through the quality department.
• Download data from Camline and report process capability data, conduct bias study(s) between the supplier and Entegris measurements.
• Review gage R&R analysis from the suppliers and FAIR analysis from supplier. MSA analysis will be trained as required.
• Generate reports and charts from Camline, Minitab, and Excel.
• Compare supplier process capability for dimensions to POR process using Equivalence testing, T Tests, Cp and Cpk, and bias analysis utilizing Minitab and Camline.
• Learn to use Keyence surface analysis equipment including the VKX, and VR machines.
• Resin qualification duties may also be required as directed. This could include downloading data from Camline.
• Submit and coordinate supplier corrective action reports with suppliers using 8D format.
• Track corrective actions in SAP.
