THE ROLE

Our site in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a / an Manufacturing Engineering Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

This is a flexible and adaptive assignment meant to give you experience in many facets of manufacturing while creating meaningful contributions.

What You'll Do

• Analyze production data
• Identify improved machine capacity plan
• Identify and run cost savings projects
• Assist in creating Validation and Qualification plan for new and existing products
• Correct inaccuracies in production software
• Work with senior engineers to solve manufacturing issues that arise.
• Design fixtures and solutions
• Work with production planning to run tests with minimal impact to production schedules
• Apply LEAN manufacturing principles to improve processes
