About the role

Join our Customer Success team as a Solution Architect and help design, demonstrate, and operate world-class Kubernetes and cloud-native solutions for customers across the Americas, working with a driven team of Technical Account Managers and Client Partners.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration and hands-on operations
• Strong proficiency in at least one major public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation and demos
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Crossplane, Pulumi), CI / CD pipelines (ArgoCD), and reporting / monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, DataDog)
• Experience in cluster auditing, workload tuning, and optimisation planning
• Ability to deliver technical enablement and integrate external tools (IaC, CI / CD, reporting)
• Outstanding analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you can explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively in customer-facing, engineering-driven environments
• Prior experience working directly with customers on engineering projects
• Kubernetes Developer or Administrator certifications (CKA / CKAD)
• Experience with Helm charts, Kubernetes custom deployments, or operators
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Search, Loki, DataDog)
• Programming experience (Golang, Java, C++)
• Working knowledge of REST APIs
