A company is looking for an Associate Procurement Director (Upstream & Resin).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute global procurement strategies for Upstream & Resins, focusing on cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability
Build strategic supplier partnerships to ensure supply continuity and performance excellence
Deliver annual savings targets through effective sourcing strategies and spend optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in managing packaging procurement categories in a CPG or manufacturing environment
Strong negotiation skills with a record of delivering cost savings through strategic sourcing
Knowledge of supply chain risk management and sustainable sourcing practices
