Local Chevrolet dealership is now searching for a qualified Used Car Sales Manager to join our growing team. Experience as a sales manager with a proven track record of growing operations, retaining and growing staff, and being a leader of people is essential to this role. We are a well established, family owned Chevrolet dealership with long-term customer relationships. Our dealership is poised for continued growth.

The Used Car Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new vehicle sales volume, leading and developing the sales team, recruiting top talent, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead the used car sales department to exceed monthly and annual objectives
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals to achieve maximum performance
• Monitor sales processes, deal structures, and profitability to ensure operational excellence
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Analyze market trends and implement strategies to grow market share
• Collaborate with other managers to ensure seamless operations and cross-departmental success
• Maintain compliance with manufacturer programs, policies, and standards
