Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues while ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to policy provisions, utilizing multiple systems and platforms
Document customer interactions and collaborate with various departments to enhance customer service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Property and Casualty license required within designated attempts
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
