A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist I to manage the onboarding process for new Employee Benefits customers.
Key Responsibilities
Gathering and submitting sold case information via Salesforce, forms, email, and phone
Partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy and resolve outstanding questions
Leading group installation and transitioning to Account Specialist
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of group insurance experience in account management
Preferred background in project management, benefits administration, or customer service
Direct customer-facing experience in employee benefits is required
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
