What will you be doing?

As an Onboarding Specialist , you will work side by side with our Human Resources and Operations teams ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for newly hired employees. Responsibilities include :

• Managing end-to-end onboarding process, making sure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
• Aligning new employees with their managers, facilitating clear communication of involvement procedures to all involved parties.
• Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to confirm all required documents are collected, filed, and adhering to organizational standards.
• Assisting in creating and delivering recruitment training to hiring managers.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR onboarding policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform other HR related job duties as assigned.
