From the name, packaging design, and creative campaigns to someone’s first spray, we want them to see and smell the quality behind every release. Additionally, we’re backed by some of the most revered investors in the consumer goods space. We’re a lean team that’s expanding quickly, and we’re looking for someone who believes in our vision to shift the way people experience scents.

The Role

Creativity, voice, and community engagement are vital to Snif’s brand identity. We’re searching for a part-time Content Creator to help build out and run the social presence for a new sub-brand. The role will primarily focus on creating videos for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram channels. We are looking for an individual who is conceptual, communicative, motivated, and skilled in detailed execution. The ideal candidate is in-tune with the Gen-Z audience, immersed in the online zeitgeist, and tapped into relevant lifestyle interests like music, gaming, sports, and fashion. Additionally, they are able to translate current trends into strategy and compelling content. This person should feel comfortable filming and speaking in front of camera, video editing in and out of native platform, while having an in-depth understanding of what types of content work for each platform. They will collaborate with our Creative and Social teams to ensure brand integrity and will report directly to our Director of Social and Content. To start, this will be a contracted role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. It requires a minimum of 15 hours per week and specific hours will be determined based on the candidate’s schedule and business needs. College students are welcome to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Support and play an impactful role in Snif’s social strategy
• Become the “face” of a new sub-brand and build an engaging persona around it
• Regularly bring creative ideas to the table and execute quickly
• Schedule and post on TikTok
• Support additional work on YouTube
• Assist in outbound community management by commenting on relevant posts and creating conversation around Snif
• Create 15-20 videos per month
• Edit short-form and long-form videos that can be tailored to various social platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram
• Collaborate with our Creative and Social Team to continuously optimize and enhance our platform presence and structure
