Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and provide contract-related support
Prepare and review various types of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and renew contracts effectively
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in sales / maintenance contract support
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer support environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with NetSuite, ERMA, and other contract management software is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively via phone and email
