A company is looking for a Contract Coordinator to support their Client Services team within the Medical Communications team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary Intake Coordinator for all contract-related requests
Route contracts for electronic signatures and manage completion status
Maintain organized and confidential digital records of all executed contracts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of administrative or coordination experience
Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
