Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound patient inquiries via phone, email, and other communication methods
Provide program information and assist with scheduling patient screening appointments
Document calls in a CRM and encourage families to proceed with the admissions process
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Experience with high-volume inbound call management
Organized and results-driven
Comfortable in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
