Position Summary
A high-growth innovator in the smart water leak detection technology sector is hiring a Territory Manager to activate and expand business across Fort Worth and Arlington, TX . This is a field-focused role designed for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships with plumbing and HVAC contractors, distributors, and trade partners.
You’ll be the face of the company in the territory introducing a high-ROI product to the plumbing market, helping contractors understand how it drives new revenue, and ensuring they are trained and confident to deploy it. Supported by a strong inside sales and operations team, you’ll manage day-to-day field sales, onboarding, and pull-through activities to build long-term partner relationships and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Grow territory sales by engaging plumbing contractors, HVAC providers, and distributors
Build relationships with trade partners and convert them into repeat business accounts
Conduct product demos that highlight ROI and real-world applications
Onboard new partners with installation training, mobile app setup, and deployment guidance
Provide ongoing field support to drive adoption and pull-through
Collaborate with inside sales, operations, and support teams to deliver seamless partner experiences
Track partner activity, monitor success, and ensure follow-through after initial onboarding
Required Channel Experience
Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC sales channels
Ability to develop relationships with wholesale distributors, supply houses, and trade influencers
Proven ability to generate contractor business through jobsite visits and trade networks
Experience in solution selling and demonstrating value-added revenue opportunities to contractors
Hands-on experience training partners on installation, mobile apps, and customer rollout

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $65,000 – $75,000 (DOE)
Uncapped Commissions & Equity with accelerator incentives
