Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Location :   Kansas City, MO

Salary : $100K-$13K0 (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while maintaining safety regulations and compliance with local building codes.  Projects range from $10M-$50 role typically. Projects only from 60 miles of Kansas City!

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure project goals are met
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and architects
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control measures are in place
