Paralegal - Personal Injury Law Firm Seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Paralegal for an on-site position in Uniondale, NY. Duties involve evaluating nursing home injury and medical malpractice claims, conducting client interviews, maintaining frequent communication with clients, acquiring and organizing medical records, and compiling demand packages. Proficiency in drafting legal documents, including summons and complaints, bills of particulars, discovery, and expert witness exchanges. Calendar management skills are vital. Familiarity with File Vine software is preferred. Spanish Speaking a plus. Responsibilities : You will be responsible for 4 things
