RISE8 COMPANIES - www.rise8companies.com - is looking for a REMOTE litigation attorney with 7-10 years of experience to join our real estate private equity and investment firm. The firm focuses primarily on the acquisition, renovation and operation of extended-stay housing, lending and development.

As a litigation attorney, you will be responsible for representing our company in various legal disputes involving real estate transactions, vendor and construction litigation, and contract drafting.

To succeed in this role, you will :

  • Be an “A” player
  • Be motivated – both for yourself, your family and for the success of the firm.
  • Be tech savvy – we strive to be innovative looking for operational efficiencies wherever they may be found.
  • Be easy to work with – we are professionals. We base decisions on data not drama.
  • Be able to find a way – the right attorney will examine the practical aspects of taking a course of action rather than merely the academic.

Job requirements :

  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
  • Florida bar admission.
  • Demonstrable experience in related fields.
  • You may work remotely even if residing in Florida.
