Role

We are seeking seasoned Manufacturing Supervisors to serve as on-site consultants providing direct, hands-on leadership support within production environments. These professionals will coach shop floor supervisors, strengthen daily operations, and ensure consistent compliance with GMP and USDA standards.

Key

Deliver real-time coaching and guidance to production supervisors in active manufacturing areas.

Demonstrate effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication on the floor.

Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP requirements, and USDA regulatory standards.

Promote workforce engagement and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Support leadership consistency across all shifts and functional areas, including Quality Control labs.

Observe operations to identify performance gaps and provide practical, site-specific feedback.

Participate in weekly reviews to share progress, insights, and operational recommendations.

Document recurring issues and contribute to developing sustainable improvement plans.

8–10 years of experience in regulated manufacturing environments.

Proven background in operations or supervisory leadership roles.

Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring abilities.

Familiarity with USDA-regulated processes preferred.
