Key Responsibilities
Design and execute user engagement programs and campaigns
Build and support ambassador programs for students and faculty
Map and refine user adoption journeys to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in user engagement, community management, or customer experience in a SaaS or EdTech environment
Background in higher education or learning technology is preferred
Proven ability to create communications that drive user adoption
Experience with lifecycle engagement platforms is a plus
Self-motivated and creative with a passion for generative AI in education
