About The Role

We are seeking an Organic Social Media Strategist to join the Braze Marketing Team . In this role, you will be responsible for driving and executing the organic social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn , Twitter (X) , Instagram , YouTube , and more. This position requires a blend of creativity, brand expertise, and data-driven practices to grow Braze's social media presence, engage with our audiences, and tell the stories that elevate our brand in the customer engagement space.

Reporting to the VP of Corporate Marketing , you will create platform-specific content, oversee community management, analyze performance, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach. You'll also explore emerging platforms like TikTok and Threads , helping to expand Braze's presence and amplify content.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an organic social media strategy that aligns with company and marketing goals.
• Create a wide range of content (videos, animations, images, carousels, copy) for social channels.
• Manage and maintain a social content calendar, ensuring timely production and delivery.
• Experiment with new platforms like TikTok and Threads for expanded reach.
• Work closely with paid social teams to align organic strategies with paid campaigns.
• Monitor and manage community interactions on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Amplify relevant content from executives, partners, customers, and industry thought leaders.
• Measure and analyze social media performance, optimizing strategies for better engagement.
• Stay current with industry trends and platform updates to keep Braze ahead of the curve.
