Position Summary :

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. This role requires a strong understanding of software development life cycles, system integration, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with excellent project management and communication skills to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project execution.

Lead agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and manage project backlogs.

Communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project).

Ensure compliance with quality standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, UX / UI, and business teams to align on project goals.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

3–7+ years of experience in technical project management or software delivery roles.

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Demonstrated experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Confluence).

Familiarity with software development concepts, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.

PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience :

Experience working in fast-paced startup or enterprise technology environments.

Background in SaaS, mobile app development, or enterprise systems integration.

Ability to work across time zones with remote and global teams.
