Security Training Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Security Culture, Training, & Awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design and execution of privacy and cybersecurity training programs to promote awareness and compliance

Develop diverse learning formats and manage curriculum alignment with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess training needs and track training effectiveness and compliance metrics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in information security risk management or compliance operations

Demonstrated experience in leading programs or managing teams

Proven knowledge of security and information systems risk, particularly related to legal and compliance requirements

Preferred certifications include CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CISSP
