Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with Aveva Intouch software experience for field service operations nationwide. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial automation, control systems implementation, and managing automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize industrial control systems and automation solutions at customer locations
- Lead project teams in planning, executing, and delivering automation projects
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks
- Develop and maintain control system documentation and specifications
- Perform system upgrades and modifications to existing automation systems
- Commission new control systems and equipment
- Work with customers to define project scope and requirements
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets
- Train customer personnel on system operation and maintenance
- Travel to customer sites across the United States
