Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies
Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment and end-user training
Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers during transitions
Required Qualifications
6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Azure program / projects deployment
BA or BS degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial / Organizational Psychology
5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
5+ years of experience in project management and resource management
Preferred : Change Management Professional and / or Project Manager certification
