Job Description : Aesthetician at High End Medical Spa

Our busy high-end Medical Spa is looking for someone with excellent customer service skills that loves to help people, and you may be the person we’re looking for! We are growing and we want you to grow with us!

Objectives : ( Aesthetician)

  • Provide world-class customer service to ensure a positive experience for our patients
  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments and laser procedures
  • Educate patients on skincare routines and the importance of homecare
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of medical aesthetics
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines

Required Competencies : ( Aesthetician)

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Current MA Aesthetics license
  • Working knowledge of lasers is preferred but not required
  • Strong background in skincare and comprehensive treatments
