Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic advisor to C-suite and HR leadership on talent strategy and organizational health
Lead the HR Business Partner team to deliver talent reviews, succession planning, and development plans
Drive employee engagement strategy and oversee mechanisms to gather insights and track progress
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience in HRBP roles, talent development, and organizational design
Proven success influencing executive leadership and shaping enterprise talent strategies
Experience overseeing large-scale learning platforms and digital learning initiatives
Bachelor's degree
Advanced understanding of HR principles, laws, and practices
