Tax Director

A highly respected and growing CPA firm is looking to add a Tax Director to their team. This stable and client-focused firm delivers deep expertise in tax compliance and consulting across a variety of industries. Due to continued growth, there is an opportunity for a Tax Director to lead and mentor a team of motivated professionals in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Tax Director Responsibilities :

  • Lead and oversee a team of high-performing tax professionals
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse client base
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular meetings and strategic advising
  • Stay informed on current tax regulations and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Contribute to business development and firm visibility within the market

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Active CPA license
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
  • Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations
