The Superintendent of Maintenance Engineering plays a critical role in maintaining the performance, reliability, and compliance of high-precision equipment used in metals manufacturing for aerospace applications. This role leads a team of maintenance engineers and technicians responsible for ensuring continuous operation of specialized machinery, including furnaces, presses, CNCs, rolling mills, and metallurgical processing equipment. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical acumen, and a deep understanding of dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Supervision

• Manage and lead a team of reliability, maintenance and Process Control and Automation engineers as well as instrumentation and calibration technicians supporting a 24 / 7 manufacturing facility.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop staffing plans, performance metrics, training programs, and career development paths.
