Compensation Information :

$350000.00 / Annually - $450000.00 / AnnuallyDetails :

Competitive base salary plus production bonus, Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, matching 401(k), CME, PTO and a generous holiday schedule, Partnership track available, Relocation assistance offered, Fully equipped clinic with EMR / EMA software and comprehensive support, Established patient demand—see 35–40 patients per day
