We are seeking an attorney who can provide quality legal services in the area of family law to our large, diverse client base. Our ideal candidate will work passionately and effectively alongside our senior partners and staff to ensure a successful outcome for clients. Compensation : $125,000

Responsibilities :

• Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
• Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions
• Determine case strategies and solutions to serve clients’ needs after analysis
• Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
• Represent clients in court in custody, child support, and divorce actions
