Overview

Assistive Technology and Information Technology Manager

Supporting People, Making Technology Accessible and Functional. MV Advancements values innovation and recognizes that technology plays a significant role in shaping the innovative future at MV Advancements. We are seeking a candidate who lives our core values and can harness technology to empower both our employees and the individuals we support. Responsibilities include getting new computers, phones, and iPads up and running and leading our Assistive Technology committee.

This position is salaried and exempt from overtime pay. Based on job history and skills, compensation starts at $93,800 annually. MV Advancements has bi-weekly pay periods.

Ideal qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in information technology, assistive technology, and desktop administration; knowledge of the full Microsoft suite (Windows 10 / 11, Active Directory, SharePoint, and mailbox creation)
  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred; Microsoft 365 Administrator certifications preferred
  • Mobile Device Management experience (Microsoft 365 Intune) preferred
  • Understanding of IT and its practical applications to support company goals
  • Experience or willingness to master and teach various applications across devices
  • Creative problem-solving ability and willingness to coordinate IT projects
  • Effective written and verbal English communication
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization in a fast-moving environment
  • Complete required training within timelines
  • 18 years or older, valid driver's license with safe driving record (2+ years), and eligibility to work in the United States
