Key Responsibilities
Manage real-time performance across Voice, Email, and Messaging / Chat channels
Monitor incoming volumes and arrange additional coverage as needed
Collaborate with management to analyze and improve support delivery
Required Qualifications
Work experience in an Analyst position
Previous experience using CX platforms (Zendesk preferred)
Basic level of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel skills
